MERTENSSTRASSE

Neighborhood - residential complex with underground parking

In coordination with the district, an urban development concept was developed featuring six building blocks and a central neighborhood park. The newly established “Pepitahöfe” quarter offers many Berliners a new home.

Each block consists of four full storeys and an additional penthouse level. The individual blocks were designed by different architects, resulting in a diverse architectural appearance. Within the blocks, there is a landscaped inner courtyard featuring a playground on a slightly raised plateau, available for all residents. Below the inner courtyard, an underground parking garage provides additional convenience.

PAUL-STERN-STRASSE

Quarter - residential complex with parking garage

Along Paulsternstrasse and the western boundary of the site, a closed construction method was implemented for noise protection reasons. The buildings generally comprise six to seven full storeys, which is reduced to up to four storeys within the interior of the quarter and along the western boundary.

The project comprises 23 buildings with a total of approximately 483 residential units distributed across 23 floors, a high-rise building, four commercial units, and a daycare center. Additionally, a parking garage with six full storeys and a green roof area has also been built at the transition to the neighboring property to the south.

LUX

Residential and commercial building with underground parking

The LUX is nestled in the sheltered area between Unter den Linden and Friedrichstrasse, situated on Neustädtischer Kirchplatzin a central yet tranquil location. The Brandenburg Gate is just a few steps away.

At the core of the overall project is LUX, symbolizing light.  A dark, shimmering glass and metal façade, subtly designed, provides a stark contrast to the champagne-colored surfaces of the inner courtyard. Thoughtful openings in the structure offer glimpses into the building’s interior and create captivating interplays of light. Features like integrated panels, sun protection systems, and solar control glazing ensure privacy and individuality while maintaining maximum transparency.

CHARLOTTENBOGEN SPREEGÄRTEN

Residential complex with underground parking

A condominium complex consisting of a total of 164 apartments has been constructed on a tranquil plot on the banks of the river Spree, where the layout of the dead-end streets significantly limits individual traffic. These apartments are distributed across three buildings, featuring a total of nine stairways and six full storeys, with penthouses on top.

The spacious inner courtyard has been designed as an attractive, lushly landscaped park-garden. In addition to private garden areas, it predominantly provides communal spaces for lounging, communication, and play. A shared underground parking garage beneath the inner courtyard connects all three buildings, enhancing convenience and accessibility for residents.

MÜHLEN

Residential home with commercial space on the ground floor

This residential home exemplifies future-oriented living in Berlin.

Situated close to the center of Pankow, the Mühlenstraße 25 project features a residential building with five full storeys, a staggered storey, and a basement.  It encompasses a total of 244 apartments, a janitor's office, and two commercial units on the ground floor. The ground floor also includes a communal laundry room equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. For added convenience, bicycle parking spaces in the basement are accessible via an external, gently sloping staircase, which includes ramp strips at the side for easy maneuverability.

SCHÜTZEN

Residential building with underground parking garage

The project comprises the construction of three new buildings on the site, providing a total of 279 residential units. Building A features ten full storeys above ground and a staggered storey above, while buildings B and C each have seven full storeys above ground and a staggered storey on top.   Each building includes a single-storey basement. The apartments offer terraces on the ground floor, balconies on the upper floors, and roof terraces on the staggered storeys.

An underground garage was constructed beneath the inner courtyard. The basement houses tenant storage rooms, technical rooms, and communal storage spaces for bicycles, baby carriages, and wheelchairs, enhancing functionality and convenience for the residents.
